Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an Anysola account or accessing the platform, you accept these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
2. The service
Anysola provides a platform for deploying and operating pre-trained AI agents against customer-controlled systems. Service availability targets and support response times are defined in each customer's order form.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the credentials, policies, and data sources you connect to the platform. You retain ownership of all customer data and grant Anysola a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Anysola to circumvent legal requirements, target individuals without lawful basis, or build systems that materially affect rights without human oversight in regulated workflows.
5. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are billed per the plan selected. Self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance; enterprise plans follow the payment terms in the order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and at minimum reasonable care. This survives termination of the agreement.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
Anysola provides the service on an "as is" basis except as expressly stated in an order form or master agreement. Agent outputs are produced by AI models and should be reviewed in accordance with the controls your team configures.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, you may export data for 90 days; thereafter Anysola will delete customer data per the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
