1. Scope
This policy describes how Anysola, Inc. ("Anysola", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use anysola.com and the Anysola platform. It applies to visitors, prospects, and authenticated customers.
2. Information we collect
Account data (name, work email, organization), product telemetry (page views, feature usage, agent invocation metadata), and content you submit through integrations. We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use information
To operate the platform, route agent traffic to your configured systems, provide customer support, send service notifications, and improve product reliability. Marketing communications are opt-in.
4. Data residency
Customer data is processed in the region selected at contract signing (US, EU, or UK). On-premise deployments keep data inside your environment with no outbound transfer to Anysola infrastructure.
5. Retention
Audit logs follow the retention configured on your plan (30 days, 1 year, or custom). Account data is retained for the life of the contract and 90 days after termination unless deletion is requested earlier.
6. Your rights
EU and UK residents have rights to access, correct, export, and delete personal data under GDPR. California residents have equivalent rights under CCPA. Contact privacy@anysola.com to exercise these rights.
7. Subprocessors
A current list of subprocessors is maintained at anysola.com/legal/subprocessors. Customers are notified at least 30 days before any material change to this list.
